Our Team
Luciano Baglione
Founder, President
Luciano is a master in concrete finishing. Luciano’s educational and learning experiences began in 1984. It was during these experiences he found a passion for leadership, mentorship, and the devotion to building his own strategy in the concrete business.
In 1997, he began his journey with his new business venture, primarily focusing on stamped concrete residential projects. Fast forward to present time, his business provides services to many commercial and residential concrete projects across Ontario.
As the President of Splenda Concrete Design, his philosophy of providing each consumer with the highest manner of service and satisfaction for their architectural concrete project is imperative.
Nicholas Simone
Lead Site Supervisor
Nicholas is following the footsteps of Luciano’s concrete finishing expertise. His involvement in the business from the age of 17, has imbedded a passion for on-site project development.
The ability to implement creative architectural concrete in residential and commercial projects allows Nicholas to use his imagination and direct our clients with a vision. As the Lead Supervisor, Nicholas continues to develop mentorship and leadership skills, which will best prepare him to step into Luciano’s boots in the future.
Alongside his on-site development, Nicholas completed his Construction Management Certification from Algonquin College.
Mario Simone
Chief Operating Officer
Mario is passionate about construction business development and management. He currently sits as the Chief Operating Officer for Splenda Concrete Design. His devotion to growing and expanding business works hand-in-hand with his brother Nicholas’ vision for the company; to offer trusted high quality commercial and complex residential architectural concrete solutions in the GTA.
Mario is always interested in networking and growing his community, he welcomes those to reach out and share thoughts/ideas at their leisure.
Mario holds a Master’s in Science from York University and is currently completing his Construction Management Certification from Algonquin College.
